- Ordering, Shipping & Delivery:
- Orders received Monday thru Friday between 8am – 5pm EST will be processed and shipped same day. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Any order placed over $250 will include free standard ground shipping. Any order up to $250 will include a flat $4.50 shipping charge for standard ground delivery. Standard shipping charges are calculated at time order is placed. All orders are shipped via UPS standard ground shipping.
Toner Stop is not responsible for packages that are delivered damaged in transit by carrier. If a package is delivered with damage check the content of the box to determine if shipment needs to be refused. Please contact Toner Stop immediately should a package be refused for any reason. Tracking numbers will be available upon request by customer.
Deliveries will be made during normal business hours Monday thru Friday. Overnight rates will be available upon request and standard overnight rates will apply. - Privacy & Security:

- Product(s) can be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund provided the item(s) have not been opened and are still factory sealed. All shipping cost for return merchandise will be covered by customer. Toner Stop is not responsible for items lost or damaged by customer or carrier. Orders can not be cancelled once item(s) have been shipped. Toner Stop will reimburse shipping cost if the wrong product(s) is shipped originally.
Defective product can be returned for replacement or refund. Replacement product will be like kind and quality of product returned. Sample page showing type of defect is requested with returned toner cartridge. Toner Stop is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by customer. - Ordering, Payments and Pricing:
- Orders can be placed either by phone or online. Order confirmation and payment are required when order is submitted or processed. Payment must be made prior to product(s) being shipped. Payments are processed and receipt of charges issued once product is ordered and shipped.
